Nandanik Nadia Bhasha Utsav o Mela organised by the Nandanik Nadia Bhasha Utsav O Mela Parichalan Samiti (A society registered under the Registration of Societies Act) is an annual cultural celebration held every January in Krishnanagar, Nadia, celebrating the district’s rich linguistic, intellectual, and cultural legacy. Known as the Oxford of Bengal, Nadia has been a historic centre of learning, philosophy, and literary excellence, a spirit that lies at the heart of this Utsav.
The festival showcases the exquisite craftsmanship of the district, including the iconic earthen handicrafts of Ghurni, the world-famous handloom textiles of Phulia, and other creations unique to Nadia. It also highlights places of profound religious and cultural significance such as Nabadwip and Santipur, along with local food items distinctive to the region. Enriched by living traditions of Baul, Fakir, Kirtan, and other folk forms, Nandanik Nadia Bhasha Utsav o Mela weaves together language, craft, music, and cuisine into a vibrant celebration of the soul of Nadia.

নান্দনিক নদিয়া ভাষা উৎসব ও মেলা পরিচালন সমিতি পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সোসাইটি নিবন্ধন আইন, ১৯৬১ (West Bengal Act XXVI of 1961) অনুসারে সরকারিভাবে নিবন্ধিত হয়েছে। পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের অধীন যৌথ রেজিস্ট্রার অব ফার্মস, সোসাইটি ও নন-ট্রেডিং কর্পোরেশনস, নদিয়া কর্তৃক ০৯ জানুয়ারি ২০২৬ তারিখে সমিতিটির নিবন্ধন সম্পন্ন হয়। যার রেজিস্ট্রেশান নাম্বার S006174 of 2025-2026।
এই নিবন্ধনের মাধ্যমে নান্দনিক নদিয়া একটি স্বীকৃত সামাজিক ও সাংস্কৃতিক সংগঠন হিসেবে ভাষা, সাহিত্য ও সংস্কৃতির চর্চা এবং বিকাশে আরও সুসংগঠিত ও দায়িত্বশীলভাবে কাজ করার আইনগত স্বীকৃতি লাভ করল।
